財務補助計畫能降低壽險從業人員的離職意圖嗎?Can a Financial Aid Program Alleviate the Turnover Intention of Life Insurance

　　財務補助計畫可以提供壽險從業人員一段時期內的基本收入，而實際上，財務補助計畫也持續的被許多壽險公司所採用。然而，財務補助計畫真的有助於降低壽險從業人員的離職意圖嗎?我們實在相信這個問題非常的重要，所以我們提出了一個實證研究來檢視這些議題。研究成果顯示，財務補助計畫無法降低壽險業務員的離職意圖。

Abstract
　　A financial aid program can provide life insurance salespeople with basic incomes for a period of time, and in reality, the financial aid program is continually adopted by many life insurance companies. However, can a financial aid program really alleviate the turnover intention of life insurance salespeople? We truly believe the issue is very important, we therefore provide an empirical investigation to it. The results indicated that the use of financial aid programs cannot alleviate salespeople’s turnover intention.
