勞務契約與業務員績效-壽險業的例子Labor Contracts and Salesperson Performances:The Case of the Life Insurance Industr

摘要
  本研究檢視勞務契約(僱傭契約、承攬契約與混合契約)與業務員績效(包括任務性績效、輔助性績效、工作滿意度與離職意圖)之間的關聯性。問卷調查以460名全職壽險業務人員為樣本,其中375位參與者完成了問卷。統計研究結果顯示,相較於承攬契約,僱約契約下的任務性績效與離職意圖更為負相關。相較於混合契約,僱約契約下的任務性績效與工作滿意度更為正相關。我們進一步分析了共變數對這些研究結果的影響。

Abstract
  This study examined the relationship between labor contracts (employment relationship, contract relationship and mixed contract) and salesperson performances (that includes task performance, contextual performance, job satisfaction, turnover intention). Survey questionnaires were administered to 460 full time life insurance salespeople, of whom 375 completed the questionnaires. The results suggest that, statistically, task performance has a higher negative relationship with turnover intention in employment relationship than contract relationship. Task performance has a higher positive relationship with job satisfaction in employment relationship than mixed contract. We further conducted analyses to examine the effects of covariates on the research results.
