摘要
互聯網保險的監管法規的發布，是兩岸在2015年保險業的重大發展，除了對販售商品的規範外，其他如資訊安全議題都包含在法規內。本文除就兩岸保險電子商務的法規「互聯網保險業務監管暫行辦法」與「保險業辦理電子商務應注意事項」合併審視並提供建議，希冀保險電子商務的發展，可以日新月異。

Abstract
In order to promote the online insurance business and related internet services, the documents entitled “Interim Measures for the Supervision of the Internet Insurance Business” and “Directions for Insurance Enterprises Engaging in Online Insurance Business” have been promulgated on both sides of the Taiwan Strait in 2015. In this paper, we compare these documents and make a detailed review.
