技術整合服務之火災保險費率釐訂防火保全減費之研究

　　保險與保全同具技術性，皆屬於服務業的一環，據統計資料顯示，最近三年火災發生平均每年超過10,000次，2001年火災保險賠款亦劇增至160億元多，配合我國火災保險費率自由化趨勢之規劃，亟待保險業及保全業凝聚技術整合共識，抱著回饋社會的經營態度，落實消費者需求導向，回復合理價格水準；依問卷調查結果分析，部份保險業已對安裝保全系統之客戶採行防火保全減費優待，綜合本文研究得知，防火保全減費百分比至少可達10%~12%，另保全業者亦須有回饋配套措施加以配合，建議保全服務費至少逐年降價至12%，以激勵消費者需求，共同建立保險與保全之技術整合服務，以期降低火災所致之社會真實損失。

Study of Fare Rate Reduction on Fire Insurance Make-up for Fire Security upon Technique Integration Services　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
The insurance industry is similar to the security industry in terms of the necessity of techniques and of being in the same service industry. According to the statistic data, the average annual occurrences of fire are more than 10,000 times in the recent 3 years, as the fire claims reached NT$16 billion in 2001. Part of the insurance companies have already provided fire insurance discount for customers with security system installed. As the result of this research, there can be a 10% ~ 12% for the fire security discount while the security companies can also offer discounts each year till it reaches 12%, in order to encourage customer demands, building up the integrated technical service of insurance and security industries, lower the actual social loss from fire.
