風險管理與保險教育建教合作策略規劃之研究

　　風險管理與保險教育深具實務導向，故可透過建教合作方式與產業界建立策略聯盟，以達雙贏互惠的目的。本文從策略規劃的角度，應用組織控制及策略聯盟理論，以文獻探討方式整理歸納合適的建教合作策略規劃模式，提出合作夥伴之選擇、如何建立與維持合作夥伴關係之衡量構面，並提出可行的控制機制與績效評估之具體作法。其次，以質性研究方法針對技職校院實際個案進行分析，以驗證此模式之應用性，且證明此模式具實用可行性。

Exploring the strategic planning of cooperative education in risk management and insurance education raises a range of theoretical and practical issues. The purpose of this study is to investigate the strategic planning model of cooperative education by applying the theory of organization control and strategic alliance. A review of literature synthesizes several dimensions of how to establish and maintain the relationship of cooperative education among the different models. The present study also explores suitable control mechanisms and performance evaluations between the educational partners. Furthermore, a qualitative case study is carried out to assess the practicality of our model. Finally, the paper concludes with a discussion of the experience of its introduction and use.
