淺論中國大陸保險市場開放政策

　　本文分四階段論述中國大陸保險市場之開放政策。首先介紹中國大陸本國保險公司之設立方式與當前外資保險機構進駐中國大陸保險市場之歷史沿革與法律規範；其次，以表列示中國大陸現有之保險公司；第三，闡述中國大陸加入WTO之後，對保險業開放政策所為之承諾；最後，在結論中解析中國大陸保險市場之發展潛力。

Brief Introduction to the Open Policy of the　Mainland China Insurance Market
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
This paper contains four sections to explaining the open policy of Mainland China insurance market. It starts with the introduction of the procedures for establishing Taiwanese insurance companies in Mainland China, the history of foreign insurance company activities in that market, and the regulations governing that activity. The second section uses tables to describe the insurance companies currently active in that market. The third section elaborates on Mainland Chinas commitment to the open policy regarding insurance after the entrance to the WTO. The last section analyzes the prospects for development of the Mainland China insurance market.
