保險與保全技術整合服務應用成本效益分析暨個案研究Cost-Benefit Analysis Applying in Technique Integration Service of Insurance

摘要
消費者對於防火防災之對策可選擇保險或保全為之，抑或兩者之整合服務，本文除探討保險與保全技術整合服務(TIS)之理論外，並採用成本效益分析及個案研究，研究發現其整合服務之降低危險價格在保險費或保全服務費各自調降20%後，其成本效益分析之益本比及淨效益計算結果更佳，本篇論文以個案研究比較三種方案之成本效益分析結果，提供消費者處理其面對危險之另一種選擇，可為業界創新商品行銷之參考，亦可提供政府相關部門施政之參考。

Abstract
Consumers may select the technique of insurance or security system or the technique integration services (TIS) to handle related risks. This article, besides exploring the theory of TIS, also adopts the cost benefit analysis (CBA) with case study. This article shows that TIS is the better choice by reducing by 20% the price of each, because of the reduced risk. This paper can also offer another choice for the consumer to risk treatment, and offer the reference of insurance companies for innovating their products marketing, and the experience may offer government departments an opportunity to make it their policy.
