保險與保全聯盟技術整合服務在住宅火險新商品設計應用之研究A Study on Technical Integrated Service of Insurance & Security:Applying
摘要
本文對於保險與保全技術整合服務之研究係在消費心理學理論、保險學(保全業)理論與實務、風險管理理論、行銷管理理論、成本效益分析理論、策略聯盟理論、聯盟風險管理趨勢理論等學理之基礎上進行實務研究,設計「保險與保全聯盟」(Alliance of Security & Insurance for Risk,ASIR)之住宅火險新商品,作簡易問卷並分析調查結果,同時請業界提供住宅火災保險案例,以利個案成本效益評估,論證此新商品為較佳選擇,切合「買保全送保險」之技術整合服務;惟考量保全成本負擔,初期安排保全客戶之住宅火險保險金額以新台幣1000萬為限,而保全之損失控制及代辦保險應可攤回保費代支合計30%;筆者建請業者雙方作好商品化之準備,如是則產險業亦可額外增加保全業通路,保險與保全聯盟將有利雙方產業發展。

Abstract
This article design the ASIR home owner’s insurance policy in applying the seven academic theory and design a simple questionnaire and analyses the results, this article also evaluate the CBA with five claim examples from P&C companies to prove that ASIR product is the best choice, the initial coverage is limited in ten million (NTD), the security company should have 30% premium discount, then the P&C companies can have additional marketing placement through security companies, the appropriate alliance of these can really benefit the development of business.
