德國保險監理體系歐洲化之研究The Study of the Europeanization of theInsurance Supervision System in Germany

摘要
　　在金融業全球化的經營模式下，保險公司的業務經營深入金融市場，保險公司業務經營的榮衰成敗不僅攸關被保險人、受益人的權益，更會影響到國民經濟的發展，甚至全球經濟的發展與成長。歐洲保險集團(例如德國安聯保險集團、法國巴黎人壽保險等)已經在台灣生根經營，在全球化的經營環境中，台灣的保險市場亦間接的受到歐洲聯盟的影響，本文將以德國為例，說明德國保險監理體系歐洲化的發展，以便國內讀者明瞭對於歐盟保險監理與德國保險監理體系間的關連性。

Abstract
　　With the globalized financial business model, the insurance undertakings have deeply participated in the financial market. The business of the insurance undertakings has influenced not only on the rights and interests of the insured and the beneficiary, but also on the economic development. The European Insurance Groups such as Allianz and BNP have established their insurance business in Taiwan. With the globalized busi¬ness model, the EU has indirectly influenced on the Taiwan’s insurance market. Taking Germany as an example is to explain the relationship between the EU’s and Germany’s insurance supervision systems. This article works on the development of the insurance supervision system in Germany. The European Single Insurance Market has a great influence on the insurance market in Germany.
