日本保險業拓展新興市場之研究 A Research of Japan Insurance Industry to Expand in Emerging Market

摘要
  新興市場將成為未來十年,全球保險事業發展之主要動能之一。在日本保險市場趨於飽和之際,保險業者將不可能自絕於新興市場之外,唯有及早佈局新興市場,始能取得市場先機、創造競爭優勢,藉以確保企業經營之穩定性與獲利能力。本文擬就日本保險業拓展新興市場之背景因素,以及經營現況進行分析,並歸納整理其採取國際化之經營模式與策略,最後則就日本保險業者經營國際化之效益,以及其未來面臨之課題進行探討,期能藉由本文之分析探討,對我國保險業者開拓海外市場提供參酌之依據。

Abstract
  The emerging markets will become one of the primary kinetic energy for the development of the global insurance industry in the next decade. In Japan, insurance market is saturation, insurers wont give up the emerging markets, only input more resource in emerging markets as early as possible, to get market opportunities and create competitive advantage, in order to keep operation stability and higher profitability. This research will be focused on Japanese insurance industry expanding overseas markets background, analysis of their operation and composing their business model and internationalization strategies. Finally, the research will discuss about the benefits of Japanese insurance industry internationalization and the issues of its future facing. Hopefully the analysis and discussion can provide relevant information and assistance for Taiwan’s insurance industry in exploring overseas markets.
