中國社會保障體系之「全國社會保障基金」

　　本文介紹中國大陸社會保障體系中之「全國社會保障基金」。該機構係於二○○○年九月十五日成立，至今資產規模已達八百零五億一千萬元人民幣。全國社會保障基金投資於資本市場一事，在大陸引起社保資金是否適宜入市的熱烈討論。本文藉由探討全國社會保障基金的設立過程以及相關議題，並探討大陸社會保障體系的潛在問題。
