金融整合：金融控股公司

　　我國金融控股公司法公布施行後，移除了銀行、保險及證券之間的進入障礙，且經財政部核准成立金控公司者高達14家企業。由於金控公司的成立，將促使我國金融機構合併收購的風潮，因此本文主要探討金融控股公司的發展現況，其中包含合併的成功要素、金融控股公司的進展及合併個案分析。

Abstract
The Financial Holding Company Law allows financial holding companies (FHCs) to be set up for the ownership of subsidiaries such as banks, insurance companies, and securities firms. Because the Ministry of Finance has permitted the set up of 14 FHCs, this will lead to a merger movement of financial institutions in Taiwan. The aim of this paper is to introduce the development of FHCs, including success factors in mergers, the current situation of FHCs, and one merger case.
