植基於雲端計算的保險產業憑證共通平台A Study of Taiwan e-Insurance Signature Platform Based upon the Cloud Computing

摘要
　　保險產業憑證共通平台建置的主要目的，是在降低要保人在網路虛擬世界中購買保險商品的複雜性，並確保保險人與要保人雙方在交易時的權益。而雲端計算是目前IT產業最被看好的資訊應用，無論國內、國外均將雲端計算視為資訊產業的明日之星，相關應用均在萌芽發展。本文即在檢視究應如何將雲端計算與保險電子憑證相互結合，以期能為保險產業電子憑證帶來轉機並為保險電子商務注入活水。

Abstract
　　Taiwan e-Insurance Signature Platform has built in order to reduce the complexity of purchasing insurance products and protecting the rights of the insurers and the insured through the internet. And Cloud Computing, a new IT concept, is budding and might lead us into a wonderland of utilizing computers without pains and easier. In this paper, we will suggest a new mechanism to link Taiwan e-Insurance Signature Platform and Cloud Computing to promote the e-Commerce of Taiwan insurance industry.
